(He/Him/His)
BA, RP (Qualifying)
Hello! I’m Ethan (he/him). As a trans, queer, neurodivergent person with lived experience with mental health struggles, I bring a personal perspective to my work, which enhances my ability to understand and address the nuanced experiences of my clients.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I have an Honours Criminology degree from Nipissing University and am currently completing a Master’s in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University.
I am passionate about advocating for systemic change and fostering a therapeutic environment that celebrates diversity and promotes resilience. When working with me, you can expect a safe and inclusive space, that is non-judgmental, anti-oppressive, collaborative and compassionate.
I welcome and celebrate the opportunity to work with individuals from a diverse set of backgrounds and identities. I work with individuals (12+) and utilize an integrative approach that is tailored to your unique needs, combining elements and techniques from multiple therapeutic backgrounds including:
Narrative Therapy, Dialectic Behavioural Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Compassion & Mindfulness Based Therapies, Solution Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Therapy.
We may work well together if you’re coming to therapy to explore: gender and sexual identity, neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, addiction, grief/loss, life changes & transitions, relationship concerns, self-esteem, stress, and emotional regulation.
When I am not working, you may find me spending time with my dogs and loved ones, watching crime documentaries, reading, completing sudokus, playing video games and working to explore my own identity and interests further.
If you are looking for a therapist who understands the complexities of identity from both a professional and personal perspective, I’d be honoured to provide support and explore with you. I’m available for a free consultation to determine if I’m the right fit for your needs.

(She/Her/Hers)
I am a Registered Psychotherapist in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I have been working in mental health for almost a decade in a variety of settings, which led to the development of my unique approach to therapy. I am a neurodivergent, queer, cisgender woman and a settler with a keen focus on the social determinants of mental health such as race, gender, income inequality, and sexuality. My approach to all therapeutic relationships is deeply rooted in empathy and I operate from a place of non-judgment, compassion, and celebration of your resiliency. Using strengths-based and trauma-informed approaches, I believe that people come to therapy equipped with many of the tools they need to change – sometimes we just have to brush up on the strengths that have carried us this far.
I come to every meeting with genuine excitement to hear your story in your words and to help you reframe your experiences in a way that validates you. We will work to map out your options to increase your happiness, healing, and strength in the short and long term. Specific populations that I am passionate to work with (and have undergone additional training to specialize in) include Indigenous Canadians, LGBTQIA2+ persons, trans-identified and gender diverse persons and their families (including chosen families), and clients with a history of trauma and/or substance use. I work with youth and adults (primarily 12-70 years old), couples, and families. In terms of treatment, my areas of specialty include ADHD, OCD, anxiety, depression, disordered eating, grief, trauma, and navigating gender and sexual identities. My treatment modalities are diverse, and I will work with you to find your unique mix of therapeutic approaches to work on your challenges. These include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Harm Reduction, Unified Protocol, Crisis Intervention, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness techniques, Solution Focused Interventions, Trauma Informed Therapy, and 12 Step/Alcoholics Anonymous Recovery Models.

Preeti Rane
(She/Her/Hers)
I am a Registered Psychotherapist in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I hold a Bachelors and a Masters degree in Psychology from India.
I have over sixteen years of experience working with individuals and families, from diverse backgrounds and age groups, who are seeking support with trauma, anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationship difficulties, grief, life transitions, and personal growth. I specialize in supporting adults who have experienced sexual abuse, intimate partner violence, adverse childhood experiences and complex trauma.
My niche remains in supporting children, adolescents and their parents/caregivers struggling to cope with mental health challenges that impact their functioning at home and/or school. These challenges include but are not limited to school avoidance, emotional and behavioural difficulties, OCD, learning difficulties, ADHD, parent-child relational challenges, trauma, and attachment. My goal is to facilitate children and youth to re-emerge into resilient and well-adjusted young people capable of adapting successfully to life stressors.
My approach to therapy is trauma-specific, attachment-based, developmentally grounded, person-centred, and strength-based. I integrate various approaches to therapy such as EMDR, CBT, ERP, and Dance/Movement Therapy that are congruent with each client’s presenting concerns and their needs.
My experience of sixteen years of working with clients from varied backgrounds both in India and Canada, as well as my own personal experience being a South Asian immigrant has helped me gain a culturally sensitive, anti-oppressive and a compassionate stance in my practice.
I provide my clients with a warm and non-judgemental environment to help them feel safe in therapy. I focus on building a strong therapeutic alliance with each client as that is one of the most important factors contributing to the change and healing process.
I work with English, Hindi, and Marathi-speaking clients.

Sarah Khedr

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Sarah is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, and is completing her Master’s-level psychotherapy placement at Sedâ Psychotherapy.
As a psychotherapist who is passionate about what I do, I recognize the common tendency people have to place their mental health on the back burner. As a practitioner, making mental health services a priority for all is both a personal and professional calling.
I welcome working with adults (17+). In our sessions, I employ an integrative approach, drawing from various therapy models to tailor our work to your unique needs. This includes Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Compassion and Mindfulness-Based practices, Narrative Therapy, Strengths-Based methodologies, and Psychodynamic Therapy.
I can support clients with the following experiences: ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Grief/loss, Life transitions, Relationship concerns, Self-esteem, and Stress.
Professionally, I hold an Honours Bachelor of Science degree with a specialization in Psychology from the University of Toronto and am currently completing a Master’s in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. Personally, I’m a bicultural, neurodivergent woman who’s navigated the challenging waters of anxiety, depression, and managing ADHD symptoms. These experiences have not only shaped my professional path but fuelled my commitment to creating a therapeutic space that’s collaborative, nonjudgmental, and empathetic.
Embarking on the road to therapy requires courage, and it is my honour to walk alongside you as you take those brave steps toward self-discovery. My approach is not about one-size-fits-all solutions; instead, it’s grounded in the belief that you are the expert of your own life. Together, we’ll explore your unique journey, working holistically and adopting a person-centred approach. Additionally, I hold a deep commitment to cultural sensitivity and awareness. Your background and identity are important aspects of who you are, and I strive to ensure our work together is informed by a culturally sensitive approach.
